AI Job Hunter is a real desktop application built with Tauri, Rust, and React 19 that automates the job search process. It covers 16 job boards including LinkedIn (direct scraping), Indeed, Glassdoor, StepStone, Xing, Workday (via Adzuna/JSearch aggregator), Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and more. The app writes AI-generated cover letters and résumés using 9 templates (5 premium) rendered by a pure-Rust Typst engine to DOCX, PDF, and TXT. It features ATS scoring, semantic matching via hybrid vector search, autopilot scheduling, company research with web search, and supports 11 languages for résumés. Runs fully offline with Ollama or optionally uses OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini keys. Privacy-first with OS keychain, local SQLite, and zero telemetry.
