Its AI parses emailed or uploaded resumes into candidate profiles, reads scanned documents with OCR and drafts job descriptions from a short brief. A read-only assistant answers questions about jobs, candidates and applications in the workspace.
Teams can collect applications through hosted careers pages or job-specific email addresses, organize candidates in a pipeline, schedule interviews and record scorecards. Reports show funnel conversion and time spent in each stage, while imports, a REST API and an MCP server connect Otter with other workflows. AI output supports the team: candidate moves, rejections and hiring decisions remain under human control.
