Tend is a hosted personal AI assistant for individuals and small businesses. Users can send tasks through iMessage, SMS or the web, connect accounts such as Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot and QuickBooks, and ask for research, drafts, reminders and other work across those tools.
The service keeps an editable memory of user preferences and commitments. It can monitor requested events and send proactive updates, while asking for approval before sending messages, making purchases or changing connected records. Tend is currently offered through invite-only early access, with sign-in tied to a phone number.
