Steppio

Steppio is a behavior design app for Android that helps you break compulsive scrolling by linking screen time to physical activity. You select distracting apps (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) to lock, and they remain blocked until you reach a daily step goal. The app integrates with your device's step counter, provides a visual progress ring, and offers features like Focus Mode (scheduled strict lock periods), Beast Mode (no overrides), and daily streaks to track your activity vs. screen time balance. Currently in development with a waitlist for early access.
