RealVisXL is a SDXL photorealism checkpoint merge series by SG161222 (Evgeny), built on Stable Diffusion XL 1.0. It aims at photo-like results for both SFW and NSFW use, with versions ranging from V1.0 (Sep 2023) to V5.0 (Aug/Sep 2024). The series includes standard BakedVAE quality builds and Lightning/Turbo few-step variants. Available on Hugging Face and Civitai under CreativeML Open RAIL++-M license.
